Niazi CPA Group was founded in 1994 and is managed by partners Nareg Niazi and Maret Golnazarian.

Nareg Niazi is a Certified Public Accountant, holding an Attest CPA license with the California Board of Accountancy. Nareg earned his Degree of Master of Science in Business and Economics from the University of Uppsala in Sweden. Prior to joining Niazi CPA Group, Nareg worked as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte in both Stockholm, Sweden and Los Angeles, California.
